Hey dolls! I’m in the process of completing a huge swatch project for Serum No. 5. She will be featuring my photos for every single polish that’s sold on her website, so you can expect to see many reviews on this brand over the next few weeks. Tonight I have photos of four Serum No. 5 glitters for you. Each glitter was opaque in three coats, but could also be layered over a complimentary base.
Serum No. 5 Best Witches is a gray base filled with various sized yellow, purple, blue, and white glitters. The formula was sheer, but built up nicely in three coats. It was packed with glitter and dried to a slightly textured finish, so top coat was used.
Serum No. 5 Rise and Grind is a brown base filled with brown microglitter and larger copper and white glitters. The larger glitters had to be placed on the nail on the first coat, but it built up nicely in three. Top coat was used to smooth the glitters out.
Serum No. 5 Barely There is a nude base filled with silver shimmer, micro and hex glitter. I just love this one! The formula, while sheer, was opaque in three coats.
Serum No. 5 Call It A ‘Treuse is a shimmery bright green base filled with various sized fuchsia glitter. You all know I live for pink and green, so this glitter is another win. The formula was good and applied evenly in three coats. The glitters dispersed nicely without any trouble.
These are such pretty glitters from Serum No. 5! I like that they can be opaque on their own or applied over a complimentary base for those who don’t like their glitters too chunky. Serum No. 5 polishes can be purchased here for $10-13 each. Be sure to keep up with them on facebook, instagram, and twitter for all of the latest updates!
