Happy New Year’s Eve dolls! I hope you all are looking forward to what’s ahead in 2017; I surely am. I’m excited to keep watching my little one grow, tackle new challenges regarding my career, and to create new memories with my loved ones. Regarding R&P, I’ve debated whether I just want to let the blog go completely or not. Truthfully, I just don’t have the time to commit to swatching polishes regularly (hence the sparsity in my posts). When one of my besties went through my stash just a few days ago and tried to take some of my favorites, something in me awakened. I knew then I couldn’t just give them all away. What this means for the blog, I’m not really sure. I currently polish my nails once a week; sometimes oldies, other times with new releases. Blogging became too much of a chore for me and I’m looking forward to just posting when I feel like it. This may mean blog posts or simply sharing photos on my social media. At this point, the website will continue to stay up for reference purposes.
Enough of the housekeeping! I decided to post the shade that I’ll be wearing into 2017, Zoya Saint. Saint is described as a whimsical color-flip metallic with a periwinkle base and magenta shift. This shade is super unique and my favorite from the Enchanted collection. Saint’s formula applied effortlessly in two coats. I’ve been wearing this for two days already, so there’s minimal tip wear in the photo below.
I just can’t get enough of the magenta shimmer in this polish! Zoya Saint is available here for $10.
I pray all the best for everyone reading this in 2017! Who knows when the next blog post will appear, so feel free to keep up with R&P on Instagram in the meantime. Happy New Year!
