We’ve officially moved in! All of our things have been delivered and the cable/internet have been connected. Now to start the unpacking. Today we have another one of my fellow twinsies providing a guest post. I’m just getting to know Róisín of Cuti-CLUE-les, but I can already tell she’s a sweetheart!
If ye follow my blog already ye will know I’m mad into dotting lately. I have no idea why but everything seems to look better with multicoloured dots on top of it. I decided to keep it bright and cheerful and I was lucky enough to take this in the sunlight (not something that is common in Ireland at all).
I started off with a base of Catrice Acid/Dc, a gorgeous bright lime green with shimmer. I included an accent nail using Barry M Blueberry ice-cream. This is a great little polish. Opaque in one coat but I always do two thin ones to be on the safe side. Then using the smallest dotting tool I had to hand I roughly marked out a triangle shape at the base of the nail. For the white dots I used the Barry M nail art pen in white. On my index, middle and pinky fingers I used Barry M Blueberry ice-cream for the dots and on the accent nail I used Catrice Acid/Dc. I always do this as it ties the whole manicure together no matter what polish combination you decide to go for. I topped it off with a coat of Essence Gel look topcoat to make it all glossy and to protect it from chips.
I hope ye liked this post! If ye have any questions leave them below and I’ll get back to ye no bother.
