Hey dolls! The Twinsie Tuesday theme for this week was textured nails and I knew exactly which polish I wanted to wear. I recently participated in a swap with fellow twinsie, Amanda, and I received two of the JulieG textured polishes. Rock Candy, the teal textured base filled with silver glitter, was high on my wish list. The formula was very easy to use, as it applied nicely and was very opaque. Rock Candy also dried very quickly; in about 10 minutes my nails were dry to the touch. I used two thin coats for the photos below.
I’m so in love with Rock Candy! I wanted this one because it was a different shade from the Zoya PixieDusts. The texture is pretty much similar; not bothersome, but definitely noticeable. I’ve been rubbing my nails all day. I can’t comment on how easy it is to remove as I’m still wearing this beauty. It makes me so happy when a wanted polish lives up to your expectations.
