Hey dolls! It’s my pleasure to welcome two new loves into the Twinsie Tuesday group this week; Jessica from Blue Velvet Lacquer and Bridget from A Painted Nail. I’ve followed both of them on IG for sometime, and I’m excited to see what they bring to the group. It’s also great that Cordia from Seriously Swatched made her way back to TT after a brief hiatus!

The theme for this week was Summer Lovin’. This is definitely one of those themes that will be interpreted very differently by each Twinsie. My first thought was to pull out a few neons. I grabbed two of my favorites, China Glaze I’m With the Lifeguard and KBShimmer Don’t Pink Twice for my base colors. Recently, I came across a new nail vinyl supplier, Miami Handjobs, after seeing this review from Colores de Carol. On a side note, I really need to know the story behind this brand’s name. Hubby picked up the mail the day the vinyls arrived and definitely had a few questions, if you catch my drift! LOL

Miami Handjobs offered a few designs I haven’t seen elsewhere, so I ordered four different sets during her last sale.  KBShimmer Don’t Pink Twice was applied first, with an accent of China Glaze I’m With the Lifeguard. The next day, I applied the small tetris design for this look.

I really love how ridiculously bright this is! As I’m With the Lifeguard is much more sheer than Don’t Pink Twice, I should’ve applied that one on most of my nails to start with. I had to wrap the tips of my nails several times to keep the pink from peeking out. I’m pleased with the first design I’ve tried from Miami Handjobs. The vinyls were easy to use, inexpensive, and shipped extremely quickly. Be sure to check out the summer lovin’ looks from the other Twinsies.
