Hey dolls! I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas yesterday. Surprisingly, I didn’t do one holiday mani this year. I just didn’t have the time and majority of Christmas was spent cooking.
This evening I have photos for you of the Serum No. 5 Holiday14 collection. The collection features four new glow in the dark glitters.
Serum No. 5 Don’t Peek is described as gold, brown, and copper glitters in a taupe base. Its formula was easy to use and built up nicely in three coats. The glitter does dry to a textured finish so top coat was used. Don’t Peek glows green extremely brightly.
Serum No. 5 Ho No! is described as a shimmering blue base with glitters of blues, reds, greens, and yellows. This polish screams winter and the name made me smile when I first saw it. The glitter was extremely dense in Ho No! and it built up nicely in three coats. Top coat was used in the photos below. Ho No! has a bright blue glow that I just love.
Serum No. 5 Jeweltide Greetings is described as a vintage colored mix of glitters in a sparkling coral base. You know my love for all things coral, so this is my favorite shade from the collection. Its formula was more on the creme-jelly hybrid side and went on sheer on the first coat. Three coats were used for opacity and top coat was applied. Jeweltide Greetings glow was interesting; it was almost a combination of orange, green, and white.
Serum No. 5 Yule Light Up My Life is the only top coat glitter in this collection. It is described as a rainbow glitter that glows like Christmas lights. That description is perfect for this shade. The glitter was very dense and applied evenly in one coat over Zoya Chanelle. Top coat was used below. Yule Light Up My Life has a very festive white and rainbow glittered glow.
