Hey dolls! Today’s winner was Butter LONDON Victoriana with 75% of the votes. I bought Victoriana  during Ulta’s BOGO BL sale last year, which means this has been untried for over a year. Victoriana is a gorgeous dusty blue that is filled with silver shimmer. The formula was amazing! It almost applied itself. Two coats of Victoriana were used in the photos below.

Love Victoriana! This shimmer is gorgeous and it puts me in the same mindset of a more muted Zoya Skylar.
