Hey dolls! Today I have photos for you of three of the eight shades from the Pahlish Wood Between the Worlds collection. All of the polishes were inspired by the Chronicles of Narnia.
Pahlish Lantern Waste is described as a sandy nude crème with soft red-gold flake shimmer and scattered coral and watermelon matte hex. A lot of the coral glitter was stuck to the side of the bottle, but I actually prefer the sparse look of the glitter. The formula was good and applied nicely. I did dab a few of the glitters in place. Two coats were used for opacity.
Pahlish Shallow Lands is described as a soft greige-taupe crème with lavender, taupe, and gold flake shimmers. All of the flakes make this such a unique shade! The formula was great and it applied easily in two coats.
Pahlish Stars at Rest is a soft blue creme with flakes of turquoise blue shimmer, scattered turquoise blue metallic glitter, and matte watermelon hex. Once again, the larger glitter was sparse, but I didn’t mind. The formula applied easily in two coats and I dabbed the watermelon glitter on the nail.
I’ve never read the Chronicles of Narnia, so I don’t get the references, but I’m sure there are some of you out there who will. Overall, I like this collection, especially the use of coral glitter. The Pahlish Wood Between the Worlds collection is currently available here for $9 each. Be sure to keep up with them on their blog, facebook, and instagram.
