Hey dolls! KBShimmer, one of my favorite indie brands, is celebrating their 5th anniversary with an amazing duo of polishes that are being released on 8/8/13. The Grape Beyond is a deep purple matte that is filled with blue shimmer. The formula was easy to use and flowed nicely onto the nail. The Grape Beyond was opaque in three thin coats.
Such a pretty matte! To compliment The Grape Beyond, Would Jubilee It? is the second part of the anniversary duo. Would Jubilee It? is filled with various sized fuchsia, blue, and silver glitters. The glitter is very dense and spread easily onto the nail in one coat.
These two make a great combo! I love the round glitters since they aren’t too large. I wanted to see how Would Jubilee It? would pair with another KBShimmer base, so I tried it over Don’t Pink Twice, a bright neon pink matte.
