Fashion Refined ~ Prabal Gurung Flats

Hey dolls! Here’s another Fashion Refined post from an outfit I wore last week. When I first heard that Prabal Gurung was doing a collection for Target, I was super excited because I love his designs. I looked at the collection online and planned out all of the pieces I wanted. The day the collection was released, I went to Target and only found this dress from my picks. I’m always on the look out for yellow flats, so I ordered the pair I wanted online and they are perfect!
