Hey dolls! I have got to get my blogging life together! I’m hoping to be able to get back to scheduling some posts ahead of time this weekend. Typing up posts in the evenings after work is not the vision at all! Enough of that, tonight I have photos for you of several polishes from Classic Films Cosmetics, including the new Sweater Collection.

Laura is a light beige jelly, filled with copper glitter and blue shimmer. This is like an amped up sexy nude and I love it! The formula was a little goopy, but still manageable. I would recommend using thin coats and waiting a few minutes in between each. Three coats were used for opacity.

In Vino Veritas is a wine colored jelly, filled with wine glitter and copper and blue shimmer. This is a really pretty shade as well. The formula was good and built up nicely in three coats.

Anna Lucasta is a blackened jelly filled with gunmetal glitter and copper and blue shimmer. This is a very unique combination of glitters and I like it a lot! The formula was great and was opaque in three coats.

Dark Passage is a frosty, light blue jelly filled with shimmer and iridescent flakies. The formula was difficult to manage. After applying multiple coats, it started to drag at the tips. I thought Dark Passage would look great layered over a blue base, so I applied one coat over Cult Nails Wack Slacks. It applied much better over undies.

Gilda is a pink jelly base filled with magenta square glitter, gold and red glitter, and pink and gold shimmer. You all know how much I love pink, so I’m a fan of this shade. The formula was good and was opaque in three coats.

I’m really impressed with these new released from Classic Films! If you don’t want to deal with the jelly base, all of these polishes would be perfect layered over a base color. Classic Films Cosmetics can be purchased here for $10 each. Be sure to keep up with them on Facebook!
