*This is a re-post from 12.24.14 due to my blog crashing and several posts being lost.*
Merry Christmas Eve dolls! If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’ve been away on a much needed vacation to Disney World in Orlando for the last week. We had an amazing time and while it was tiring, it was good to just be a big kid for several days. I’ve yet to do any holiday manis, but I’m hoping to make something happen before church this evening.
Today I have photos for you of the two December releases in theCirque Metropolis collection. The formula was the same on both shades; thick, very pigmented, and applied effortlessly in two coats.
Cirque Tavern on the Teal is described as a rich teal creme. Teal polishes are one of my weaknesses. No matter how many I have, I can never get enough of pure teal cremes.
Cirque The Devil Wears Cirque is described as a devilish medium red creme. Classic red lovers will enjoy this shade if nothing else because of the amazing formula. I really like the name of this polish as it reminds me of one of my favorite movies, The Devil Wears Prada.
Looking at these two shades side by side, they are very holiday appropriate. It inspired me to create the fashion board below. Wearing teal with red, as opposed to green, is a great way to modernize the holiday shades.
Cirque polishes can be purchased here or through one of theirstockists and are available for $13 each. Be sure to keep up with them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for updates and new releases!
