Hey dolls! Earlier this month I made my first trip to Sally Beauty supply in I don’t know how long. After seeing swatches of China Glaze Mind the Gap, I knew it was a shade I had to purchase. I’m fortunate to review for so many companies, but that also means I can be a little picky when it comes to buying polish for myself. I’ve never seen anything close to Mind the Gap, which meant I needed it.
China Glaze Mind the Gap is a beige shimmer that has extremely strong green undertones. It is filled with gold, green, and copper glass flecks. The formula was thin, but not runny. Two coats were used for the photos below.
China Glaze Mind the Gap is one of those ugly pretty shades that people will love or hate. I put it in the love category! With so many indie brands pushing out unique polishes year round, mainstream collections don’t get as much love. I’m glad to see that the All Aboard collection from China Glaze got people talking again. I also picked up Choo-Choo Choose You from this collection, but I haven’t worn it yet. Did you grab any of these?
