Hey dolls! I’ve been reading the comments on yesterday’s Barielle giveaway post and it seems like most of you want to see more nail art, tutorials, and comparisons/dupes. I’m going to try really hard to provide one nail art look a week. None of my nail art is really technical or super difficult (dots and striping tape for the win), so I’m not sure if tutorials are warranted for those. If I try a new technique, I’ll try to remember to take photos along the way for a tutorial. In regards to comparison/dupe posts, feel free to let me know in the comments if you ever want to see those. I do purge my stash quite often, so there may be times that I’ve previously reviewed a polish, but no longer have it in my possession. I’m more than happy to show possible dupes that I do have. Thanks so much for the feedback. I really do value what you all have to say about the direction of R&P and I want to be sure I’m showing things you’re interested in.
For today’s post, I have photos for you of Sindie Pop Kiss Me By the Fireplace. I wore this a few weeks ago, before I had to completely file my nails down after a bad break. I ordered my first polishes from Sindie Pop during her Black Friday sale last November. Kiss Me By the Fireplace is described as having slight violet shimmer, pink and purple various glitters, and milky crelly base. The formula was very easy to use. The glitters were dense and spread nicely over the nail. Kiss Me By the Fireplace was opaque in two coats. Top coat was used to provide a glossy finish.
This glitter mix is so pretty! I’ve been trying to stay away from white based glitters because I have so many, but there are several pretty ones on Sindie Pop’s site. I have one other to try from my Black Friday purchase and I’m really looking forward to it. Happy weekend dolls!
