Hey dolls! The winner of last week’s poll was stripes with 54% of the votes. I decided to go with a festive candy cane look using striping tape. China Glaze Ruby Pumps, a red jelly packed with red glitter, was used as the main color. Most of you know that I’m not a red fan, so I didn’t buy this shade all on my own. My stepdaughter picked it out for me last summer. Since she will be here soon for Christmas, now is a perfect time to wear it. Ruby Pumps’ formula was easy to use and opaque with two coats. For the double accent nail, I started with a base of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On. I then applied the striping tape diagonally and a coat of Ruby Pumps.

Simple, cute, and just a little bit festive is how I would describe this look. Hopefully the little one will like it.
