Hey dolls! Today I have pictures of a Pure Ice shade that is soon to be discontinued. Scandal is a dark, vampy plum creme. The formula was very easy to use and completely opaque in two coats. I’m only showing three fingers in the photos below because I had a horrible side split on my index finger and it does not need to be seen!
Scandal would be a great polish when you want to wear something dark, but you don’t want to settle for black. It’s a very chic look. Scandal, along with Lilac Mist, Jaguar, Silver Mercedes, and First Time, are the polishes that will be discontinued, so head to Wal-Mart to find them asap. Pure Ice will be releasing new shades early this year to replace those mentioned above.
After wearing Scandal for a day, I decided to add a little sparkle using one of the glitters I recently purchased from Glitzology during a half off sale. Bun in the Oven is described as a pink and baby blue holo glitter, with pastel pink, blue and white squares and hexes in various sizes. The glitter is extremely dense and I only used one coat for full coverage.
Bun in the Oven is cute, but almost too chunky for my tastes. For those of you who like glitter bombs, this is right up your alley. Glitzology polishes can be purchased here and she tends to have promos regularly if you like to find indies at a good price.
