Polish Days ~ Back to Nature

Hey dolls! Polish Days are back and the theme for this month was to be inspired by nature. The weather has been extremely up and down in Florida, ranging from high 70s to lows in the 30s. As I was going through a few untrieds, I spotted Sonnetarium Snowfall, a glitter top coat with various sized white hexes and smaller iridescent glitter. Being from the south, I don’t have much experience with snow at all, but I really wanted to pair Snowfall with something in the blue family. I started with a base of Essie Where’s My Chauffeur, a gorgeous turquoise creme. The formula was a little thin and streaky on the first coat, but was opaque at two coats.

Next, I added one coat of Snowfall and stamped on a snowflake using Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On and Bundle Monster plate 323.

The stamping isn’t perfect, but I love how this turned out! Snowfall is exactly what I’ve been looking for when it comes to a white glitter. Wearing a snowflake on my nails may be a little silly today in Florida, but I’d rather it be on my nails than outside. Make sure you take a look at all of the others who are participating in this month’s theme below.
