Hey dolls! Today I have the first installment of several Mentality collections that I received a little over a week ago. When I opened the box and saw that it contained 21 polishes, I was shocked! I’ve never opened that many bottles of polishes at one time. You can see the photo of all of them here. I’m starting with the Inspired Shimmer collection which features five polishes that each represent the awareness ribbon of various organizations. Profits from these polishes will be donated to those organizations.

The formula was the same throughout the collection. The colors were well pigmented and flowed easily onto the nail without running. Two coats were used for all of the polishes and they dry to a satin finish. They are pictured below with top coat.

Vigilance, a turquoise shimmer, represents post traumatic stress disorder awareness. This one is super pretty in person and has just the right amount of green undertones. I’d recommend using a great base coat with Vigilance because I experienced some staining.

Triumph, a hot pink shimmer with red undertones, represents breast cancer awareness. You all know how important this cause is to me, so Triumph is an automatic favorite.

Patience, a bright orange shimmer, represents ADHD awareness. I love the way this one looks on my complexion.

Innocence, a bright blue shimmer, represents child abuse awareness. This shade of blue is stunning in person! Once again, base coat is a must as I did experience staining. Bubble White to the rescue!

Respect, a deep purple shimmer with blue undertones, represents domestic violence awareness. I’m actually still wearing this one right now. The shimmer has so much depth!

Overall, I think this is a nice set of shimmers. I love that the collection has such a great cause behind it. The names are simple, yet powerful, and represent each cause well.
