Hey dolls! Today I have pictures for you of two gold leaf top coats from Mentality Nail Polish. Gold top coats have been all the rage lately, so these are right on trend. The formula was the same on both top coats. The base was thick, but not difficult to manage. I’d recommend rolling or shaking the bottle to get the flakes to disperse a little better. A dab approach was used because of the thickness of the base. I first applied one coat of the gold top coat and then dabbed where necessary to fill in spots.
24K Gold top coat consists of gold flakes. The flakes are relatively large in comparison to other gold top coats. I layered 24K Gold over Mentality Triumph.
12K Gold top coat consists of white gold flakes. I really like this one because it isn’t seen as often. I layered 12K over Mentality Vigilance.
