Hey dolls! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I spent the time hanging out with friends and of course packing. I also spent a few hours doing some swatching, so you’ll be seeing a lot of Mentality polishes over the next week. Today I have of photo for you of the last post that was waiting in my drafts. Several weeks ago I wore Maybelline Purple Trend, a gorgeous plum purple that is filled with blue shimmer. The formula was thin and a tad bit streaky. Three coats were used for opacity.

Purple Trend is a very unique polish, but I wish the shimmer was a little more apparent. The photo above was taken with flash to get the shimmer to show up. How do you feel about polishes with hidden shimmer?
