Guest Post ~ Marta from ChitChat Nails

Dolls, words can’t describe the fan girl moment I had when today’s guest poster said yes! Marta from ChitChat Nails is one of my favorite bloggers and it is a huge privilege to have her posting on R&P. Her nails are flawless and she always comes up with the best combinations. Thanks again Marta!
Hello Lovely Ladies,

My name is Marta and I run the Canadian nail-art blog called ChitChat Nails.  When Lakeisha asked me to put together a guest post for her, I was super excited and a little nervous.  I loooove her swatches and the way her lovely nails make all of the shades look so elegant.  I wanted to bring an element of fun-but-elegant to the guest post as well- I hope you like it.

There are a few shades that I enjoy playing with over and over during the warm summer months, and at the top of that list is piCture pOlish Honey Dew… I just can’t get enough of it.  For some reason, each time I reach for it, a little voice in my head tells me to add OPI Solitaire as well (I enjoy working the Liquid Sand shades into a manicure as accent nails).  I really do think that these two shades play so well together and create a fresh and fun look.  To spruce things up just a little bit more I added some dots and a PUEEN bow accent to create a skittlette manicure.

Is there a shade that YOU reach for during the summer months?

Another of your perfect Skittelettes!!! This bow and the color combination remind me of an Art Deco clutch :-)!!! Honey Dew and Solitaire rank in the top 5 summer shades for me as well and I never get tired to see them – strikingly beautiful!!!

    • Thank you- I keep wanting to pair them together 😉
