Hey dolls! I hope you all have been having a great hump day. I’ve been trying to get pictures of this look for the longest, but it’s been so hot! This outfit is an example of a work look for me. I was first drawn to this coral blazer about two months ago at NYCO because of the abstract print and the color. A few racks away were the pants in the reverse colors and a little more subdued pattern. I just had to try the two on together and they work perfectly in my opinion. The sales associate even sold the same outfit to two other customers (I go there so often, they remember me). The blazer is currently on sale online, but the pants are sold out. You can probably still find this entire look in stores though, at a great marked down price. The print on this outfit was already bold enough, so I went with a nude heel and minimalist jewelry from Adorned Girl Boutique.
The sunglasses featured in this outfit are from Firmoo. They have a First Pair Free program where new customers can choose a pair of glasses from a selection using the code FREEFIRMOO. This offer includes the glasses, a case, a cleaning cloth, and other accessories, while you only pay for the lenses and shipping (more details here).
This is my first pair of Firmoo sunglasses and I must admit that I am quite pleased. I have two other pairs of glasses (see review here) from them that have held up well over the last year. The sunglasses are sturdy and don’t slip from the bridge of the nose constantly. I really like that you are given the option of which colored tint you prefer, which allows for more customization. I wear prescription glasses, so I’m always happy to have a new pair.
You all already know my love of coral and turquoise, so it felt right to pair the shades together in this outfit. This tank from Target is a great addition to my closet at an economical price. The jacquard print makes it a little more fancy than a plain ribbed tank.
As mentioned above, I wanted to keep a minimalist look in terms of jewelry. This geometric necklace and pair of midi rings from Adorned Girl Boutique worked perfectly. I love that the necklace features both gold and silver, so it can be worn with multiple looks. This was my first time wearing midi rings, and I have to admit that they felt a little awkward. I love the look though, so I’m hoping I get used to it over time. The ring on my ring finger features a heart on one side and a cross on the other, which is pretty cool.
I’ve always wanted to be like the huge fashion bloggers and were a blazer over my shoulder. LOL
