Hey dolls! It’s FRIDAY!!! Woop woop! I don’t have any plans and that’s fine by me. I had a different post planned for today, but hubby mistakenly deleted the photos from the memory card. I’m a little sad about it since the outfit was super cute, but I guess we’ll just have to re-shoot on a different day.

Today’s Fashion Refined look is a casual one, as I’m sure none of you think I walk around in heels and 24/7. We’ve been visiting lots of tourist attractions over the last two weeks, so I’ve been finding myself in similar looks like today’s often. A lot of larger cities have a CityPass that allows you to see a number of attractions over nine days at a discounted price. Since this is our first summer in Atlanta, we used this as an opportunity to show the little one around the city. So far we’ve done a tour of the CNN Center, World of Coke and the aquarium.

Last week, we headed to Zoo Atlanta and it was a full day of adventure. I decided to dress down these floral shorts by pairing them with a light and airy top and sandals. This was the perfect decision as it was hot and we walked around for about four hours.

There were several gorgeous beds of ivy and I couldn’t help but take a picture near it. The ivy is my sorority’s symbol.

Because I knew it would be warm, I wanted to keep the jewelry relatively simple. I love wooden pieces because they are so versatile and add a little something extra to casual looks.

I have this strange obsession with always taking weird pictures while pointing to signs. Hubby hates it, but these photos are always good laughs for later.
