Aliquid Lacquer Puppy Love

Hey dolls! Today I have photos for you of Aliquid Lacquer Puppy Love, a new shade that will only be available in October in support of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month.  Puppy Love is described as a bright teal with ethereal pink and gold flecks and a holographic shimmer. You all already know of my love for teal, so I absolutely adore this polish. The formula was great and applied effortlessly in two coats.

How gorgeous is this shimmer?!? I’m sure Aliquid Lacquer will reach her goal for ASPCA with the sales of Puppy Love. While I haven’t had a dog since early childhood, I know how important they can be to a family.

I’ve included the full press release below so you can support this cause. Aliquid Lacquer Puppy Love is available here for $11 each. Be sure to keep up with them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for updates.

You might know that the lovely lady on our polish labels is Trudy, our five-year-old rescue pit bull mix. Trudy is such an irreplaceable part of our lives that we can barely remember life before her! In honor of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, we decided to give back by creating a limited edition charity polish that will be available through October only! Keep reading for details and to learn why this cause is so important!

Puppy Love retails for $11 (full size bottles only). We will donate $5 from each purchase to the ASPCA! We’re aiming to collect $250, but we can only do it with your help!

About 3.9 million dogs enter U.S. shelters every year, and 1.2 million dogs are euthanized (800,000 of them pit bulls). Adopt a Shelter Dog Month seeks to call attention to the plight of these animals and to encourage people to adopt dogs rather than going to a breeder. No matter your preferences, you’re bound to find a rescue dog that fits perfectly into your home!Click here to read all about pet adoption, and click here to learn more about pit bulls!
The vision of the ASPCA is “a humane community in which all animals are treated with respect and kindness.” Donations to the ASPCA support a variety of causes, including:

  • Grants to shelters nationwide
  • Spay/neuter and microchipping programs
  • Adoption, fostering and relocation programs
  • Investigation and seizure of abused animals
  • Lobbying for anti-cruelty legislation

We hope you’re as psyched to help shelter dogs as we are! Please help us reach our $250 goal by grabbing a bottle of Puppy Love and telling all your friends too!
